ANKUR Development is the brand of Parâmetrexclusivo, Lda, tax number (NIPC) 518591140, registered office at Quinta da Alcântara, Lote 9, 7005-345 Évora. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

A.02What data we collect
- Proposal request (form): name, email, phone, project type and the message you write to us.
- Direct contact: the data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: like any website, the server logs requests (IP address, browser, page and time) to keep the website secure and working.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your message.
A.03How we use your data
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal, at your request, before a possible contract, and with the consent you give in the form.
- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we will not send you newsletters without your consent.
A.04How we handle your proposal request
The form sends your request straight to our mailbox (geral@ankur.pt) by email. The request is not stored on the website's server.
A.05How long we keep your data
- Requests that do not lead to a project: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- If we go ahead with a project together: for the duration of the contract and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax law).
- Technical server logs: only as long as needed for the website's security.
A.06Who else has access
Only the ANKUR Development team reads the requests. For the website to work we use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- the website hosting provider and the email provider;
- Adobe (Adobe Fonts), which provides the website's typefaces;
- jsDelivr, which provides the animation libraries.
When you open the website, your browser connects to these services, which receive technical data such as your IP address. Some may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR. The WhatsApp and Instagram links only send data to those services (Meta) if you click them.
A.07Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. It only stores, in your browser, a temporary technical marker so the intro animation does not repeat on every page. It is deleted when you close the tab. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
A.08Your rights
At any time, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before. Just write to geral@ankur.pt. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
A.09Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the website's management is limited to our team. No system is infallible, but we take appropriate measures to protect your data.
A.10Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
